Arnita Lindsey Miller

Mrs. Arnita Lindsey Miller, 96, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle Hospital in Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 18, 2016 at
2 p.m. at Brooksville Baptist Church in Brooksville, MS with Rev. Jay Spiller in charge. Interment will be held in Brooksville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. at the church Sunday. Memorials may be made to Brooksville Cemetery, c/o Melanie Hines, 586 Hines Rd., Brooksville, Ms 39739. Mrs. Miller was born on November 20, 1919 to Allen Benjamin and Sara Melissa McKinzie Lindsey. She was a member of Brooksville Baptist Church. After her husband, Clarence Miller’s death in 1986, Mrs. Miller decided to run the family farming business. During this time, she was selected Farmer of the Year. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Lindsey and baby brother, Talmadge Lindsey.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughters: Jean Taylor (Otis) of Columbus and Linda Ann Ingalls of Brooksville, MS; granddaughter, Robin (Doug) Dalrymple of Columbus , great grandson, Jase Dalrymple and great granddaughter, Taylor Dalrymple.
