Sharon Kay Eaton

Mrs. Sharon Kay Eaton, 61, of Macon, MS., passed away at her residence Friday, April 1, 2016. Funeral services are planned for Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Macon Pentecostal Church, 14681 US Hwy 45, Macon, MS with Bro. Jimmy Guy officiating. Interment will follow in Oddfellows Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Saturday from 6-8 p.m. and Sunday from 1-2 p.m. Memorials may be made to Faith Christian Academy, P.O. Box 54, Macon, MS 39341. Sharon Kay Winter was born on July 19, 1954 in Bruce, MS to Levoy and Maeford Logan Winter. She married Eddie Eaton on December 7, 1976 and they lived in West Point where she worked at B & W Boiler Works. Later they moved to Houston, MS where they owned their own business. After several years, they moved to Macon where she became the assistant principal of Faith Christian Academy. Mrs. Eaton was an active member of Macon Pentecostal Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, shopping, and traveling. She loved her family and enjoyed family get-togethers.

She is survived by her husband: Eddie Eaton; one daughter: Tina Brooks: two sons: Ashley Eaton and Lee Eaton. She also leaves behind her parents: Maeford and Levoy Winter of West Point, MS; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and her siblings: Joan Kyzer, James Paul Winter, Dianne Fondren, Angela Holcombe, and Renee Benson.
