Erah Conner Conner

Mrs. Erah C. Conner, 80, of Preston, MS., passed away on January 27, 2015 at Miss Care Center of Dekalb, MS. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 30, 2015 at Soul Harbor Pentecostal Church in Shuqualak at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Pinetucky Cemetery in Shuqualak, MS. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Palmer Home for Children, P.O. Box 746, Columbus, MS 39702. Cockrell Funeral Home of Macon, MS entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Conner was born on September 26, 1934 in the Macedonia Community of Noxubee County, MS to the late Lloyd and Vada Taylor Conner. She attended school in this community. She married Curtis Conner and together they reared three children. She attended Soul Harbor Pentecostal Church. For a short time she worked at Co-Op Glove Factory but was a homemaker. She loved flower gardening but most loved her family and spending time with her children and their families.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Conner of Preston, MS; daughter, Reba Conner of Preston, MS,
Two sons, Michael Conner of Kosciusko, MS and Kenny Conner of Preston, MS, one granddaughter, Maria Conner Walton and two great grandchildren, Conner Payton Walton and Xander Walton all of Salt Lake City, UT.
