Bennett J. Prince

Mr. Bennett J. Prince, 49, of Shuqualak, MS passed away at his residence on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013. A memorial service commemorating his life will be held Saturday, August 17, from Soule Harbor Pentecostal Church in Shuqualak with Bro. Lawrence Pool officiating. There will be no visitation. All memorials are requested to Soule Harbor Pentecostal Church P.O. Box 474 Shuqualak, MS 39361.
Mr. Prince was a native of Shuqualak and lived most of his life there. He attended Shuqualak Attendance Center and graduated from Central Academy in Macon, MS. He joined the National Guard from which he was Honorably Discharged. He was a professional welder and also worked in the timber industry. He was also a talented carpenter. He was an employee of Yates Construction for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and restoring old cars.
Left to mourn Bennett Prince’s passing are his parents: John J. (Sr.) and Britty Prince of Shuqualak as well as his three sons: Steven Prince of Dekalb, MS, Jesse Prince of Meridian, MS, and Jacob Prince of Eupora, MS and his brother: John J. Prince Jr. of Shuqualak.
