Lee Douglass, 76, of Louisville, Ms formerly of Macon, MS. passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Winston County Nursing Home in Louisville, Ms. Funeral services are planned for Friday, April 12, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Cockrell Funeral Home in Macon, MS. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Interment will be in Oddfellows Cemetery. Memorials can be to the American Lung Association,

Mr. Douglass was born in Macon, MS to the late George W. and Lorene Lantz Douglass. When he was age 14, he and his family moved to Pueblo, CO to live for several years. He served in the United State Marine Corp and was honorably discharged as a corporal. He moved back to Macon after his service in the military. He was a farmer for many years. In his later years he worked construction with Hill Brothers. He was married to the former Linda Moore for 25 years. They lived for the past fourteen years in Louisville, MS. He was a member of McLeod Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Macon, MS. He enjoyed horses and hunting.
Mr. Douglass’ survivors include his wife, Linda Douglass of Louisville, MS; daughter, Wendy Conner of Enterprise, MS; 3 sons: Leonard Douglass of Huntington, CA, Bubba Card of Louisville, MS and Will
Card of Livingston, AL; 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
