Carol Ann Weaver Allen

Mrs. Carol Ann Weaver Allen of Columbus, GA passed away on October 29, 2011. She was born on February 2, 1951 in Macon, MS. Carol attended Baker High School and the University of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather Jackie and Jeff Thomas of Macedonia, MS, her father Jesse Weaver of Kemper County, and her uncle Earl Thomas of Macedonia. Mrs. Carol is survived by her cherished mother and adored brother, Maxine Weaver and Tommy Weaver of Columbus, GA; her beloved son and granddaughter, Jeffrey Jones (Alicia) and Emma Jane Jones of Atlanta, GA; her sister, Harriet Green of Powder Springs, GA; her aunts and uncle Nellie Thomas, Eula Mae Bauer, and Jack Thomas all of Macedonia; and her husband, Brian Allen of Columbus, GA, who will miss her more than words can express. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00P.M. Friday, November 4, 2011 at Cockrell Funeral Home. Interment will be at Macedonia Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday.
